Task Force Charters
Each task force is charged with carrying out the detailed fact finding and making recommendations back to the Merger Committee on their area of responsibility. Each task force will have cochairmen, one from each of the two councils, appointed by the respective council president. The co-chairmen will agree on the number of individuals they need on their committee to complete their work, but it must be an equal number from each council. The co-chairmen will recruit their agreed upon number of committee members after getting approval from the council presidents.
